Or Cave Story Doukutsu Monogatari

Or Cave Story / Doukutsu Monogatari... which doesn't make sense.

in the Jap version you just have 洞窟物語

Which means the English version should just have Cave Story

I'm pretty damn sure I'm right. If anything it should be called Cave Story (Doukutsu Monogatar) Like Run Lola Run (Rent Lola Rent)

I doubt enough people would be confused to really have an effect - if it was truly a problem, we'd already have people coming in here who are asking about sequels - they'd think there were more if they thought Doukutsu was a sub header.

Just leave it as it is in the translation, I say.

it's just plain old "doukutsu" to me and my friends. But then again we'd all know what each other meant if we called it "cave story" or "doukutsu monogatari".
